- Device & log data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, and referring URLs.
- Communications: messages you send us via email, contact forms, or support channels.

We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Platform and your account.
- Personalize study recommendations, mock-exam matchmaking, and progress tracking.
- Process payments for paid mock exams and premium content.

- Send optional product updates and announcements, which you may unsubscribe from at any time.

Your data is stored on secure servers hosted in India and other jurisdictions where our cloud providers operate. We use industry-standard practices including TLS encryption in transit, hashed passwords, role-based access control, and regular backups.
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct or update inaccurate information through your profile, or by contacting us.
- Request deletion of your account and associated personal data.

8. Children’s privacy
The Platform is intended for users aged 16 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data without parental consent, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes (such as payment records, which we retain for up to 8 years as required by Indian tax law).
10. Third-party services
The Platform may link to or use third-party services such as Razorpay (payments), Google Fonts, Supabase (authentication & database), and analytics providers. These services have their own privacy policies and we recommend reviewing them.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
